Prepay Plan:

Before the planed picture day, CHS will send all the necessary picture day supplies to your school including order forms for your students to take home.  Parents return the order form, with their payment, to your school prior to or on the picture day.  We will choose the best pose of each and produce the order.  In about 2 weeks the finished portraits are shipped or hand delivered to your school ready for pick up.

Proof or Prepay Plans

School chooses Proof or Prepay picture day;  your selection does not effect the pricing.  

  • With Proofs, Parents can see what the portraits are going to look like.  
  • With Prepay, delivery is expedited and it is less work for the school.

 

Proof Plan:

About a week after picture day, proofs of the children are sent back for parents to choose from, with attached order forms.  School may have the parent come inside school to order and pay for their order or may allow them take proofs home and return their completed orders with payment.  After all orders are collected, in about 1 week the finished portraits are shipped or hand delivered to your school ready for pick up.

We want every parent to be happy with their picture purchase.  If not satisfied, no matter the reason, they can return them to CHS for a refund.
